Latest Update: 4/30
On Wednesday (4/29), Governor DeSantis unveiled his first phase of re-opening the state of Florida that will begin on Monday, May 4. As expected, the reopening will be slow and phased in. The first phase was limited in its changes to large gatherings and at this time, as a church, we will continue all of our programming online. The Governor indicated the second phase is “weeks, not months away” as long as the impacts of COVID-19 continue to decline in our state. We will be working diligently this coming week to begin planning with our volunteer teams and leaders to map out different scenarios and plans to reopen ministry programming in ways that might be possible in future phases.
While we are anxious to resume ministry gatherings, we are deeply committed to the health and safety of our congregation and community and we will continue to follow the guidelines and best-practices put out by our local, state and national leaders.
We are encouraged by the resiliency of our church and what God has been doing in and through our congregation during this time. We aren’t stopping our mission of helping everyday people discover an extraordinary life with God!
As many companies are furloughing or laying off workers during this difficult time, others are stepping up to help provide jobs to those seeking employment. Trinity knows that many families have dealt with these employment shifts in some way, and we would like to help in any way we can. Please check out this useful list of job opportunities if you are currently looking for employment!

How will I attend church?
All services will be livestreamed each week until further notice. The Church is more than a building - It's a MOVEMENT! Even though we're not meeting each week, we will continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus here in Jacksonville and around the world.
Who should I contact with a need?
One thing we want you to know - we are here for you! If you would like someone to pray with or simply need help running errands, please let us know. Call us at 904-596-2400 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are here to help!
As a church, we are ready to mobilize in service to help our community. Download and print our “Hello card” and leave them on the door steps of the homes on your street or in your neighborhood – Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus!
How will I give my offering?
The coming weeks will be different, but our ministry responsibilities, both locally and around the world, will continue. We’re encouraging everyone to be faithful in their giving so we can continue to help and minister to people during this difficult time. If you give online, please continue to do that. If you don’t normally give online, you can continue to give in person. Simply mail your gift to 800 Hammond Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. 32221 ATTN: Business Office. You can also drop off your gift to the Business Office yourself. The Business Office will be open from 9:00am-2:00pm Monday – Friday.
If you are a member of Trinity Baptist Church, make sure we have your current email address and mobile number. We will be communicating through text and email as our service schedules change.
We should pray for those individuals and families who either are or will be affected by this virus. Pray for our leaders and medical professionals who are on the front lines caring for those who contract COVID-19. Above all, pray for the continued advance of the gospel during this time of immense uncertainty. Be confident and at peace – God is in control!
