And that’s okay. From exciting Groups to areas of ministry they are busy doing many of the things for which they never had time—until now. The calendar is always full of events for this group. In-depth Groups on Sunday mornings are taught by experienced, well-qualified teachers. There are a variety of men’s, women’s, and coed groups from which to choose.
Trinity’s adults ages 60 and better, get together monthly for a great luncheon and fellowship. We will hit the road and to travel to places like Orlando, St. Mary’s, Ga and other places in NE Florida. They also get together to take in a Jacksonville Suns game, attend plays at local theaters, and fellowship at the annual Summer Ice Cream Social and Valentine’s Banquet.
Trinity’s senior adults have reached their “golden years” and have discovered the secret of joy comes in serving others and growing in their walk with the Lord. Many of our senior adults volunteer their time for special ministries around the church. Joyful Heirs are senior adults (60 – Up) from churches in the area that come together for encouragement and fellowship. We begin the meeting at 10:30am and end with the meal at noon.
