HAMMOND
Room Volunteer (0-4 yrs) – Assists the room Assists the room leader to accomplish the weekly goals. A person who loves, cares for and plays with our 0-4 yr. olds, A baby room volunteer needs to love babies.
Small Group Leader (K5-5th Grade) - Small group leaders connect relationally with a group of kids each week. They sit with their group during worship and teaching and then help their group apply the weekly Bible lesson through fun games, activities, and discussions during small group time.
Check-In Volunteer - Check-In volunteers greet families, check in children, and guide them to their environments. Our check-in volunteers are warm and friendly, ensuring our families have a safe and great experience.
Elementary Tech Team - Our Tech Team helps enhance the Bible story and worship time through sound, lights, and video. Prior tech expertise is not necessary, and training is provided as needed.
Kaleidoscope Volunteer -Kaleidoscope is our ministry to kids with special needs. Kaleidoscope volunteers are paired up with special needs children, accompanying and assisting them throughout the 10:45 am service.
Small Group Leaders (VIVE) – Lead a small group discussion, be a spiritual mentor, connect with small group through the week
Check-In Team (VIVE) – Help VIVE feel like home to our guests and regular attendees, run check-in kiosk, register new guests

Vocalist - Serve most Sunday mornings in both services. Qualities: A desire to worship God by example. This is an auditioned position so proficiency is required.

Worship Hospitality - Serves on Sunday mornings through assisting the worship team by providing care, snacks, and other helpful things for worship volunteers who serve long hours.
Parking – Directing traffic, waving signs, or greeting people. Qualities: Outdoors, friendly, servant. Ideally, this is a weekly or biweekly commitment.
Greeter – At a door, lobby, or another high traffic area to help welcome and direct guests. Qualities: Friendly, genuine, servant. Ideally, a weekly or biweekly commitment.
Usher – In the auditorium to help guests find a seat if needed, collect the offering, and be ready to help at any moment during a service. Qualities: Friendly, caring, servant. Ideally, a weekly commitment.
New Here/Next Steps - Greet and answer our guests’ questions about the church and next steps that they can take. A higher level of knowledge is needed in order to be ready to answer those questions.
Cafe Team - Provides high-quality cafe drinks to customers, connects with church guests
Special Events/Hospitality - # of volunteers needed: 2 - Serves on special event
Sundays to serve food, oversee photo booths and activities, etc.
Classic Service Volunteers - # of volunteers needed: 3 - Cover the greeting, New
Here/Next Steps and ushering positions in our classic venue
Small Group Leader - Leads a Trinity Small Group that helps church members connect relationally, build community, and grow spiritually.
Small Group Host - Someone with a home that functions well for hosting small group gathering for group leaders.
Video Volunteer – Operates video equipment during services. Qualities: Able to be highly focused and follow directions.Training is available.
Lighting Operator – Plays preprogrammed lighting cues at predetermined points in the service to go with the music. Qualities: Able to follow direction and focus attention on the action onstage and follow music to play correct lighting cues. Training is available.
Audio Volunteers – Operates audio consoles during services. Qualities: Able to be highly focused, follow directions and use critical listening skills to mix audio for service. Training is available. This is an auditioned position.
Photographer – Takes photos of the worship service, Trinity Kids, and our volunteer teams. Qualities: Detailed, creative, and professional. Can be monthly or bi-weekly. Training is available.
Stage Hand – # of volunteers needed: 2 - Assists the band with equipment, ensures props and set pieces, and helps ensure smooth service flow on Sunday mornings. Serves bi-weekly. Training is available.
Local Outreach Volunteers – Goes on mission to serve our local community by serving our schools, local outreach events, and other outreach opportunities to show the love of Jesus. Some of the outreach events include: Trunk or Treat, Serve Our Schools, 4th of July Ce

Plaza Host Volunteers (Weekdays) - Volunteers help host Plaza guest. Interact with new families inquiring about church services or rentals, answer phones, and help playground guests check in.
Plaza Cleaning Team (Weekdays) - Volunteers help do some light cleaning around the plaza. Could include sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down tables, bathrooms, etc.
Security Team – Ensures the safety of all ministry environments during the morning services. Ensures access to Kids ministry is limited to approved volunteers or parent/guardians. Qualities: Proactive, focused, and vigilant.

Nursery/preschool Volunteer - Assists with the kids who are at church for multiple hours.
